Mother's Day

It’s that time again. Time to recognize the most important people on the planet. Moms.

I know that for me growing up my Mother was the one strong constant in my life. I remember she would tuck me in bed each night. If I had that bad dream and woke up in the middle of the night staring at my door thinking I could see that monster there just waiting for me to get up, I would finally jump out of bed and run to my Mom to settle me down and tuck me back in.

When I was sick she waited on me hand and foot. I would lay on the couch and she would bring me my medicine and soup through out the days till I was well again.

She always took me to my violin lesson, basketball practice, baseball ….you name it she was the Go to Girl.

When I was married and raising a family my Wife Lita was the best Mom you can imagine. I was working and supporting my family many weekends as I worked overtime to pay the bills.. She wore both hats and did a superb job of teaching our children the important values in life. She still does to this day with our 3 Grandchildren.

I often wonder how Moms do it. The unconditional love that flows thru them. The patience and understanding. The forgiveness when one of the kids messed up. Getting up all hours of the night to make sure the sick kids are ok. Sleeping in that small bed with them just because they asked her to.

Yep, being a Mom is the most important role on this earth no question about that. They are the best and each of us is stronger and better because of that great relationship we had with our Mothers.

This weekend let’s be sure to share with them just how much we truly care about them and remember the positive impact they made on each of our lives.

Love ya Mom!!!

I am Flying and so does Time

I am cruising at 37,000 feet just leaving Utah on my way to Houston thinking that one year ago we were in Budapest Hungary for our first m3.  My memories include the great time I had bonding with all of our m3 members and the incredible experience I had while in Europe. I cannot begin to face the fact that it has already been one year since we were together in Budapest.

I had never been to Europe before and prior to our trip, I was trying to visualize and anticipate what it would be like being there. After a long flight we finally touched down in Budapest, then the one-hour ride to our hotel.  We checked in and were taken to our suite. When we walked in and looked out the big picture windows the view took our breath away. It was incredible.  It was very clear that there was much history to learn about in this city.

The m3 proved to be better than any of us could of imagined. Many of the break throughs’ we had together will never be forgotten and I can still see the looks in our m3 members eyes as they pushed forward to break arrows on their windpipes, or break boards with little or not effort because of the mindset development we each went through together.

After the m3 wrapped up it was then off to catch a train and head to Vienna. Again, the history, food, people were incredible.  I love food and my favorite food while there was pretty simple stuff. I fell in love with the sausage stands on the corners.  Not sure what they do to make it so good, but after stopping for a sausage and cold beer, I could not wait till I was hungry again so we could go back for more.

After a couple days in Vienna, we hopped the train headed for Prague. Now this was a real eye opener for me. The people were not as warm and out going as the people in Budapest or Vienna. They seemed a little cold. However, one night there we went to the oldest restaurant and beer pub. This sucker was built in 1495 and still stands today. The minute you walk in they are throwing you a big mug of dark beer and later insist you take a shot of schnapps as it will make your stomach bigger so your can eat and drink more than you usually would. At least that is what they told us. Too Funny. They still had the painting on the walls, which were there when the first social gathering and beer binges took place. Again, the architecture, history, breads of all kinds and the getting lost in the many streets are memories that will never leave me.

After a few days in Prague, we jumped on board our train one last time to return to Budapest. If you have never taken a train ride in Europe make sure to do so. The big glass windows and views of the endless miles of rolling fields were so beautiful. We saw ring neck pheasants, deer, ducks and all kinds of wild life which made me feel right at home.We walked back to the dinning car, sat and were served a great meal while cruzing along enjoying the scenery. Again, new experiences that I we will never forget. This leads me to the next m3 of 2009.

We are about to announce the dates and location of the next m3. I am so excited as I know that all of us will be able to leave this event with a treasure trove of memories and experiences. NOt to mention the education and contacts. I am already thinking of places I want to visit and explore while in this Country. I have been there many times but there is so much to see that I already have my list of things I must do while there.

The content of the m3 will be mind expanding to say the least. Each event does prove to get better and better and we promise once again to under promise and over deliver.

I cannot put a price on the experiences, people and memories I have from each event I have attended over the last decade. I have been fortunate enough to travel to the Caribbean about 20 to 25times. I have now been to Europe and I have a long wish list of places I still plan on seeing before I cash in. This is what this industry has done for many others and myself.

If you have yet to become an m3 member, do so as soon as possible. It will be unlike anything you have ever experienced guaranteed!!! And the location????? Well, I can’t say anymore for now but you will know very soon.  Make sure you are taking in all life has to offer. Time flies, our lives are on cruise control, don’t let any of these experiences pass you by. Time flies' when you are having fun!!!

See ya soon at the m3,

Karl

PS, Bring he sun block and swimming suit… hint hint!!!

8th m2 Wealth Conference Lake Tahoe

Another very successful m2 is almost behind us.  We are now looking forward to our farewell banquet tonight.  This is the climax of an incredible 3 or 4 days of hanging our with our wonderful Wealth Masters Family.

The view from my hotel suite is incredible with lake Tahoe on one side and these big gorgeous mountains on the other. What a great place to hold and m2 event.

Each event somehow proves to be better than the last.  I am truly humbled by all the kind words our m2 attendees have shared with me about this event. My emotion level has been very high for this and each event because Kip and I really are driven to help as many people as possible and leave this world knowing we impacted many lives and made the world a better place. This is our WHY!!!

With all that is going on in our country it is clear that some one has to take charge and spread the truth and educate people as to how this mess our government has put us in can be reversed.  I have zero confidence in what they have done so far and disagree with every move they have made. BAD BEHAVIOR SHOULD NEVER BE REWARDED WITH TRILLIONS OF TAX PAYERS DOLLARS, which is exactly what, our government has done. It is crazy and insane and needs to stop NOW!!! We are selling all future generations down the drain.  If you think that all this government spending and bail outs will turn things around you are living in a fantasy world. The laws or nature and the universe allows the weak to die and be replaced with the strong and efficient.

At Wealth Masters International we have been blessed by being surrounded by the brightest minds from around the world. Our message of truth and freedom is resonating with our WMI Members and we will continue to change the world one person and a time, by creating success and wealth in others. If our lawmakers were to sit in on 3 days of our m2 Wealth Conference then they too many finally get it. They would be learning like we do from the best of the best !!!

We ended our 8th m2 with a clip of Thomas Paine, one of our nations founding fathers. I encourage each and every one of you to watch and then take action.  Here is the link. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jeYscnFpEyA

We all need to stand up together and let Washington know that we are mad as hell and are not going to take it any more.

It has been an honor and a privilege to meet each one of our m2 attendees the last few days. Our WMI family is truly the most incredible family on the planet. Kip and I are very lucky to have each of you in our lives.

Till next time,

Karl

Don’t be afraid to Dream

I walked out early this morning and was checking out this gorgeous valley I live in and guess what I heard? The first robin of the year. It was perched on my TV antenna and was just chirping away. I was funny how I immediately picked up on a sound that had been foreign to me for the last 4 months or so. Where I live this is usually the first real sign that spring has sprung.

Now I have the spring fever and my adrenaline is pumping with the anticipation of Camping in my trailer, backpacking, 4 wheeling and Riding my Harley mile after mile with the wind in my face. What a spiritual experience each of these are for me.

I am looking at the calendar and thinking of dates and places I may like to visit this year. It is exciting as I know all of us love to plan really cool vacations, see new things and meet new people. Each adventure different than the last with its own unique memories.

As I reflect back on the last decade in this industry I have been to so many different countries and met so many really incredible people. Many of these people are now friends for a life time. Why have I been able to do this? Because I am a dreamer. I have been infected with the Dreamers Disease.

Too many people are afraid to dream and are unwilling to move out of their comfort zone. How sad is that? They go on day to day doing what they have always done and continue to get what they have always gotten.

Never stop dreaming as dreams give birth to an amazing reality. Dreamers are the ones that in many cases get ridiculed at first for our crazy ideas and goals, but are the people that make the world go around. If it weren’t for the dreams we would all still be living in a cave throwing spears at wild animals and gathering berries for food. If you look back at each major invention or accomplishment through out history you will find that most thought these adventures or dreamers were nuts. Yet they never let other people’s criticism get in the way of their dreams.

Dream big in every thing you do. Never think small. The universe sheds its energy to the big thinkers, the non stop dreamers. Be one of them and you will accomplish amazing things in life. In fact, you can achieve anything you want in life by being a dreamer and chasing, then catching your dreams.

Amazing Experiences

I have been so busy playing catch up that I have not finished the rest of the child birth story I started at the hospital on Tuesday.

In my last Blog I was in the hospital with my daughter and she was going into labor. After 13 hours of pain and hard labor the Doctor could tell something was not right. We should have had the baby by now. He came in to check her at 9 pm and the decision was made to do a “C” section.

Other doctors were scrambled to assist in the surgery. I asked the Doc if I could go in with her and he said that I could. They got me some scrubs and I went into change. When I came out the Doctor was still there with my daughter. I had just washed my hands and came out holding them in the air as any surgeon would and told him I was ready to assist. He cracked up and so did everyone in the room. I know. I am a clown most of the time. Get serious Karl…this is serious stuff. But ya have to laugh too.

A few minutes later we were in the O.R. and they were opening her up. I was not sure how I would handle this as this was my Daughter, my flesh and blood lying there. As they proceeded to open her up, the pain increased so the decision was made to put her all the way out.

About the time my Daughter went out,  out came our new baby girl. I scrambled to get a picture of her coming out but missed it. They took the baby, laid her down and proceeded to clean her off a bit. I was taking pictures and then started to count fingers, toes, check out ears, ya know the drill, make sure she is all there and healthy. She checked out perfect. When the baby started to cry so did I. I was looking at this perfect bundle of love, life and joy and I could no longer hold back.

After they got her cleaned up they handed her to me and asked me to follow them to the nursery. I walked over to the operating table and looked one more time at my daughter’s tummy and asked the Doctors if they could finish stitching her up with out me. They said it would be tough but they would try.

We began walking to the nursery and again, as I held this child and looked at her I got all teary eyed and choked up. For those of you that have been through this you know what I mean. About that time I looked up and there was Lita, Jacqueline’s Mom and she was immediately concerned as she could tell I was crying. She asked if it was ok and I answered ‘Yes, everything is OK.”

Later when Jaqueline was brought back to her room she was able to hold her baby for the first time. To see the way a mother looks at her new baby is off the charts. You can see the love and the joy. I could go on and on because it was a truly amazing experience and I am a very proud Pa Pa.

I spelled out in my last blog a few of my whys. Life is too short to not chase and capture your dreams.

I now have another why in my life. I am ready for the challenge to step up to the plate and be a wonderful Grandfather and role model. I cannot even begin to imagine what it is going to be like a year or so down the road when this child begins to walk, talk , laugh and giggle. I can picture her with our outings fishing, camping and cannot not wait to be there when she catches her first fish, roasts her first marshmallow over the camp fire.

The simple things in life are the most wonderful things in life. I think all of us agree on that.

Our whys are the fuel that keeps our tanks of life full at all times. Make sure you know your whys as it will help you to achieve all you want in life. Think big not small. All of us can achieve amazing results with big dreams and whys.

Till next time.
