I started this blog with the intention of keeping politics out of it. But I am having a hard time doing that these days with all the B.S. that is going on in Washington. For those of you that know me, you know that freedom and liberty are passions of mine. Through my lifetime, I have witnessed our civil liberties taken away one at a time. Where will we be in another generation if things continue on this path?

I am sitting here in amazement as our lawmakers in Washington spend our country into oblivion with no end in sight. The Federal Reserve makes this wreckless spending possible and keeps us in debt. This spending is not going to fix the problem, it is simply putting off the inevitable that will happen in the near future when it all comes crashing down. Mark my words on this. If you think the current administration'splans are going to work, you are living in la la land. Government cannot run the Amtrak and the Postal Service, and now they think they can fix Health Care? You have to be joking!!!

I can go on and on but the reason for my post today is to ask for your help to pass House Bill 2511. This is the Bill introduced by Ron Paul (the last true statesmen in Washington), and now has 282 cosponsors. I am proud to say that my representatives in Utah, both Congressmen and Senators, are backing this bill. This will finally, after almost 100 years of the Fed, let us see the books. The Chairmen of the Federal Reserve, Ben Bernake, was recently asked to go before a hearing to find out where all the money has gone, and he simply said ‘No Thanks.” It is time to get some answers. We have been under the rule of the Federal Reserve far too long and it is time to let the masses know exactly how the Fed operates. This could be the first nail in the coffin for the Fed. Let’s hope so. Remember that as evil as the Fed is,this administrationwants to give more and more power to it. Now is the time for each of us to rise up and get the job done.

Pink Floyd is one of my favorite Rock Bands of all time. They have a song that states, "United we stand, Divided we fall." Those words could not ring more true in these times.
